Our Favorite Dining Spots in the Kennebunks
Both Kennebunk and Kennebunkport have some amazing dining options to choose from! We love venturing down the coast to experience some of our favorites, especially when we are celebrating a special occasion.

Earth at Hidden Pond:
Earth offers a truly unforgettable dining experience. This “farm to fork” restaurant uses organic ingredients grown in the on site gardens and local meats and seafood. Rustic chic can be used to describe the ambiance - tree stump wood covered walls, and warm candlelight. The restaurant site overlooks the pond with the resort pool nearby. The adjacent fire pit offers a great spot for a pre dinner drink.
Our favorite tip - Plan ahead and reserve the Artist’s Shed. You and your guests will dine in a private “shed” behind the main restaurant complete with a ceiling covered in artist paintings. The experience is nothing short of magical.
We enjoyed cocktails around the fireplace prior to dinner at Earth.
Bandaloop:
We love a restaurant that highlights vegetarian friendly dishes and Bandaloop is a standout in this category! But fear not, meat lovers will also love their menu. The focus on organic and locally sourced ingredients reflective of the seasons at Bandaloop makes this spot a must try. Originally started in Kennebunkport, their new location on the Arundel town line is the perfect next chapter for this restaurant with the same great laid back vibes.
The delicious spring vegetable and kimchi stir fry we enjoyed during an early summer dinner under the tent.
Old Vines Wine Bar:
When we are looking for a fun date night, Old Vines Wine Bar never disappoints. Located in the heart of Kennebunk’s lower village, Old Vines Wine Bar offers small plates and wine, craft cocktails and beer. We love enjoying a nice glass of red with a sampling of small plates. They often have live music which sets the perfect tone for an evening out.

Little Barn at the White Barn Inn:
The beautiful White Barn Inn is part of the Auberge Resort Collection and offers luxury accommodations in Kennebunkport. Little Barn is an offshoot of the main dining room at the White Barn Inn featuring both a provisions menu and daily specials board that are reflective of the local favorites. The soft live piano music fills the space alongside the warm, friendly and attentive service.
